I carry out tests to determine what is causing your discomfort. I then treat this using deep tissue massage, neuromuscular and other therapy techniques.This loosens muscles which helps you feel great and ready to tackle the next challenge. A session does not end there. My goal is also to prevent problems coming back! Aftercare, including exercises and stretches, will do just that.
